The correct position to hold scissors uses the forefinger to steady the scissors, and the video shows the pathologist holding the scissors as a child would with the thumb and pointer finger through the two holes in the scissors. The odd thing is, the Department of Defense was not even around in June and July 1947. A global search is underway to find and identify him. The man is chunky, with large glasses and a mustache that is curved downward over his mouth, and he was wearing a plain baseball cap.
