The video tape is available in French and Spanish and all togetherover 35,000 copies of the tape had been sold.The SPA has also compiled a free Self-Audit Kit with which organizations canexamine their software use practices. Included in the kit, is a softwareinventory management program designed to help an organization track theircommercial software programs that are on all their hard disks. The programsearches the PC's hard disk for more than 1300 of the most common programs usedin business.Also available is the SPA Software Management Guide which helps companies audittheir current software policies, educate employees about the legal use ofsoftware, and establish procedures to purchase, register, upgrade and backupcomputing systems. The guide, in addition, provides an Internal ControlsAnalysis and Questionnaire.
