It is about an understanding of the risks and implications of using this type of technology when working to achieve goals. Once the security problems are handled, the costs are streamlined, and the searching algorithms are perfected, the possibilities are endless. However, governmental action can't really make any difference, because the Internet is too already far out of their control....
