Doing this will help in our job placement and in our productionsgreatly. We will be able to not only move into the technical world but we will be able to havebetter productions in the process. Having this equipment would be a big step for HockingCollege. We would be able to make productions that would put everyone else to shame. IV.RECOMMENDATIONSWhile writing this report and planning out the layout of this equipment I have realized that therewill be a lot of changing before this process can happen. To change over from analog to digitalwe will need to have a lot of training on this equipment. Some of the strategies I have realized willwork well. We can have the teachers learn first and then have a learning experience with thestudents also. The change over will be a tedious process but it will be worth while. We will have a state of theart institute if this equipment is approved. I would recommend that we receive the equipment inthe summer so the teachers can have some time to learn it and then offer just a class for thisequipment so the students can learn. As I have said many of times in this report this will be a big step but it will be a helpful step forHocking College. This will train our students how to work on equipment that is really in thework force.
