This is intended to make sure the workers are treated properly. Workers negotiate contracts to meet needs. They can receive benefits, paid holidays, and vacations. Successes of this is if you are in the Union you are being paid at the rate of inflation. failure of this is that the people who are not in the Union are against it, because of the propaganda and if they don’t understand it they are against it. Internet and web pages and how they are used by industry- The industry has begun to use the source of the internet widely all over the world. They have found it to be very effective in advertising and selling of their product or service. Many industries have been able to extend their company and increase production because of so much demand by web users who have seen advertisements. www.ask.com Hydraulic-www.infoplease.com- This is a system of using liquids and pressure. The liquid is compressed by pressure and when pressure is released then the liquid is uncompressed. This is used to handle a lot of weight and pressure. They have made it possible to produce smaller and faster electronic devices. Relays-www.infoplease.com- These are Electro-mechanical switches that are operated by a flow of electricity into one circuit and controlling the of the electric to another circuit. Sensors-www.infoplease.com- This is a mechanical device that is sensitive to things such temperature, light, and radiation levels. The sensor then is able to read these things and signal to the control unit. Sensors are used everywhere. Cars have many that are to tell you the status of your car as you drive. Lasers-www.infoplease.com- This is a device that used a very narrow beam of light. This light is very high powered. Lasers are able to be very accurate and precise and are able to cut through almost anything. CPU-www.infoplease.com- This is the Central Processing Unit of a computer. This part of the computer controls all other parts. This is the main control. Printer-www.infoplease.com- This is an output device of a computer that produces a paper copy of what is seen on the screen. Plotter-www.infoplease.com- This is a device that is usually run by a computer. This reads what is to be drawn and the design is drawn by a moving pen.
