Americans Religious Belief

Siddhartha is an American. Therefore, statistically speaking it is more likely than not that Siddhartha believes in God.

Form 2. An anonymous survey was conducted in which ninety-five percent of all Americans over the age of 18 years of age were asked if they believed in the existence of God. Ninety-five percent of those polled stated they believed in a higher power. Ninety-five percent of those that believed in a higher power agreed that higher power could be called God. Siddhartha is an American over the age of 18. Therefore, statistically speaking is at least a 85.73 percent [.95 x.95 x .95 = .8573] chance that Siddhartha believes in God if the surveys were reported accurately and if the surveys were both unbiased and anonymous.

Form 3. It is an indisputable fact that the majority of Americans actually do believe in God. Siddhartha is an American. Therefore, we can infer that Siddhartha probably believes in God.

Form 4. All Americans believe in God. Siddhartha is an American. Therefore, Siddhartha believes in God.
