You must also be able to be trusted. If your people can trust you then they will be willing to put a lot more into their work and be willing to take a lot more risks for you. If they feel that they can trust you and that you will not throw blame at them if they mess up then they will take risks that may turn into great things. The relationship that would exist would be one of friendship. You would feel as if the people around you are family. You would treat them like they are family and their would be a respect and admiration between everyone. You would not be viewed as a mean and cold leader but instead as a knowledgeable person who is looking out for the best interests of the whole group. The culture of the group would have the same type of feeling. You would get the feeling that everyone is a big happy family. There would be problems that would arise but you would be able to get over them because it would be an open type of environment in which you could talk about your problems.
