Our all male team consists of two international students and three American born students. Despite our diff4erent up brings we found that we have more in common than we originally thought. Various cultures, education and family values make a big difference towards the group work. This is because the attributes have a significant effect on personality development of an individual. This in turn will effect the formation and effective production of a team. All of our team's members hold their heritage to be very important in having shaped our personalities. All members also care about their family values and we consider them to be very important. As far as education is concerned, we all feel that it is one of the most important parts of our on going life. Education is vital in the classroom, but it does not end there. Education is an ongoing quest for knowledge, which carries on for the life of a person. The first thing our team noticed about our MBTI scores is that we are all thinking types. We all agreed that this was going to be helpful to our performance, especially considering we are all male. We believe that we will be able to analyze problems based on intellectual rather than momentorious feelings. We feel this is good because we can openly critique each other without being afraid of offending anyone. This quality will help our efficiency because we will approach our goals in a more practical and logical fashion.The next thing we noticed was that four of our five-team members were extroverts.
