This will help us because while four of us may be looking at the big picture and overlooking details; the sensing type will keep our group proceedings in check of the details. This will be a very important role because their job will be to keep the team on the schedule. They oversee our time management and make sure that we get through the projects assigned to the team prior to the required schedule.When we were done, we realized that John and Brendan both scored ENTP on their MBTI tests. ENTP tend to be excellent problem solvers. This will be a good asset to the group because if faced with challenging question they will motivate the team to contribute on overcoming these challenges. One of our biggest strengths that we found in our group is the cultural diversity. Due to our backgrounds we will have more points of view when looking at something. We will have opinions that will give our portfolio a competitive advantage due to our global views....
