At this time the students will have the opportunity to eat the cookies that they made. The teacher will then hang the 3D ladybugs from the ceiling. The student’s recipes that they created will also be hung in the classroom. D. EVALUATIONCenter OneBecause the children are just being introduced to measurement sizes pertaining to cooking I will assess the students grasp on the concept through the activity and the students responses to my questions, during the individual groups and as a whole. I will evaluate the student’s grasp on following recipe directions by the cookies that they have created and also the recipe card.*Tia, Fred, and Sam will have different expectations concerning content gained. Center TwoI will evaluate the children’s grasp on the song by listening to them sing it in the groups and also with the class as a whole. I will also evaluate the children’s grasp on ladybug defense by the poster’s they create and the review of the posters as a class.*Harry may sign song.*Tia will be expected to try to participate.Center ThreeI will assess the construction ladybugs by looking at the finished product.
