Night1

line Elie had to set goals in order to keep his sanity, his goals weren't only to survive but also to inform . His book "Night" is an accomplishment , by writing this Elies able to inform all who read the book about his story .He survived, he did it for everyone in his family who didn't his dad, his mom, and his little sister. He did it for them, for himself, and for the rest of the world. This world is unaware of the evil out there. Wiesel does an excellent job describing and telling his story . People falling left and right, all around. Death is all around, brutality is the only hospitality shown. Evil truly lingers in the smell of burning flesh, ashes falling from the sky its raining death. Screams and cry's, cries of hunger, cry's of yearning cries of loneliness. "Where is my God now ("Night"). Evil is all over, the journey through hell is difficult; its unbelievable, unbearable, surving is all that matters. Questions of faith questions and questions why ? Elie is all alone , his journey has taken a toll on him. Life, something we should appreciate and not take advantage of, cherish the life we have created. Sometimes it takes so much to realize so little. Elie realized this and was able to be educated in an unforgettable way . It's all over now all the confusion "I wanted to see myself in the mirror, hanging from the opposite wall. I had not seen myself since the ghetto. From the depths of the mirror, a corpse gazed back at me. The look in his eyes , as they stared into mine has never left me ("Night"Pg.109). Like all conclusions we are left wondering....
