What led me to this conclusion was: lack of statistics, dishonest evidence, and pretty much lack of any evidence to support Cassidy’s. The Second Amendment specifically says “ A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” (424 ), and not every American citizen is part of a “well-regulated militia”. ...
