Articles and commentaries have been written by the public and sports columnists encouraging his induction. Joe?s World Series statistics speak for themselves, no one who testified in court said Joe Jackson was participating in the fix. Joe had twice tried to inform his owner of the fix but his owner wouldn?t meet or listen to him. In spite of this, Joe was banned from baseball in 1920.
