. He thought that he was but he was disillusioned even though that he thought that what he was doing was good. So for all of the trials that Victor Frankenstein went through, it was he who put himself through it all and, in essence, it was he who finally drove himself insane and led to his own death. He was arrogant and believed that he could do most anything, and he did do something astonishing, but it was just too much even for himself and he didn’t know how to react. He was not raised properly when he was a child and therefore he could not understand what it was like to be the creator of something and how to deal with it. He was too immature and could not handle himself properly with his actions and emotions. His thoughts would chew at him and bring him pain, and he was such a weak ad feeble minded person that he felt his only way out escape was death. For the weak minded, death always seems to be their only choice of a way out because it is easiest and they think that would end all of their pain and suffering. Since Frankenstein longed for his death, it is shown that he had the intelligence to do amazing things, but he was mad and that was his demise....
