e is left of halftime. We have 2 minutes to finish our chili, and warm up for the second half. As we finish warming up the players line up to get in the kick off position. It’s now time to start the second half. We are losing right now, but only by one touchdown. The crowd is going crazy to help pump up the players. By now is it freezing outside and all I can think about is getting inside and taking a hot shower. The players line up for the last play of the night. We have the ball and are only 10 yards from the goal line. Everyone is focused on the game now, as we watch the play. The quarterback gets the ball and throws it to the receiver that is wide open. The receiver sprints to the goal line, as the clock runs down. Touchdown!!!! We win the game. Everyone is screaming and cheering for the football team. As the night comes to an end, one of the players comes up to me and tells me there is a party going on after the game at his house. He tells me to invite everyone. Well I guess the nights not over yet. I jump into my car, with four of my other friends and drive to the player’s house. As we pull into the driveway of the player house we can see that tonight is going to be a blast. Friday night football – a night to remember....
