The relationships with the opposite sex. The importance of making decisions has always been very topical. People go shopping, eat, study, work, love, hate, spend their free time – and they always face the problem of making choices. Choice itself is connected with the change, because when we decide what to choose (and when we have already chosen something) we immediately move from something old that we had to something new. And that is how people come to the innovations in their life that are defined as any idea, process, or thing that is perceived of as new to a person or a society. When one faces an innovation decision-making process the first thing he has to decide is whether to choose or not. Some people are afraid of choices and they decide not to choose. They are not opened to the innovations. They think that they can not control the things and the life process (it is called Fatalism). Those people prefer to do with what they already have on purpose not to damage themselves and people around them. But there are also those who decide to choose and then they face the question about what they should choose. And it is known that the more things to choose we have the more difficult for us it is to make the choice. So, first of all one has to understand if he is ready to innovate or not yet and than he has to define his role and his goals. When we talk about the role (or the status) we deal with the choices that are available to you and you know what you get to do and who you get to do it too. The goals may be individual when every single person has something he wants to get from the other person or from the group; and group when you are supposed to discover and engage in sharing.In the relationships with the opposite sex people meet each other, they fall in love, they go out, break up, meet again, get married and divorce. And all the time they are involved in the decision-making process in which they must choose between options ...
