These trainings include: Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, Blood borne Pathogens, Technical Physical Intervention, Working With People, First Aid, Medication Administration, Person Centered Planning, Performance Improvement, and Safety in the Workplace. All these trainings are required in order to work with our consumers on a daily basis.Levels of Community Living Supports. There are technically four areas of living supports provided by SCCMH and its staff. The following are position descriptions for the agency.1. Community Living Supports - In-Home Program provides support to consumers living in specialized residential housing providing varying intensive levels of services and also to individuals living in their own homes needing only minimal levels of support. Consumer’s Person Centered Plan indicates the levels of supports and services.2.Community Living Supports - Day Activity Program. This program is to assist individuals in building daily living skills in areas of money management, cooking and meal preparation, personal care, sensory needs, and communication skills.3. Community Living Supports - Supported Employment Program. Job Coaches assist individuals in finding jobs. Designed to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment in the community. Supported Employment Program is now supporting over 100 individuals.4. Community Living Supports - Supports Coordination. This service is also referred to as case management.
