ith this type of leadership subordinates are put at ease with their leader. He does not try to run roughshod over them, instead they are asked for their opinions on how a specific job should be done. He listens to them, offering feedback whenever they have a problem. “There is a frustrating of plans where there is no confidential talk, but in the multitude of counselors there is accomplishments,” Proverbs 15:22. These words should motivate us to do our best in anything that we should to do. If your leader makes plans and not discuss them with his subordinates, how will they be able to reach a goal? It can be very frustrating when your leader doesn’t solicit your input. Working together as a whole, instead of along, you and your leader will stand a better change of reaching the goal that was intended. God does not want us to stand-alone, he wants us to rely on each other and aid each other when necessary. By coming together as a whole we will have a greater accomplishment which is the love of God.The achievement-oriented leader sets clear and challenging goals for his subordinates. This leader behavior stresses high-quality performance and improvement over current performance. Achievement-oriented leaders also show confidence in their subordinates and assist them in learning how to achieve higher goals. The achievement-oriented leader must motivate the people he leads. Rewards and very important for the high-achievement leader. His subordinates are motivated to increase the performance and the rewards they value will come.Moses was one of the great achievers in the Bible who did not dwell of material things.
