If he had known his ideals would have influenced a whole industry, then he himself may have tried to take advantage of his own publicity. He set standards for owners to follow in achieving reporters, stories and the types of stories told. He was famous, his unaccredited bibliography, Citizen Kane, is famous, and now his techniques for doing business are famous.
