You have to figure that each time you go you are going to have to pay a trained therapist which won't be cheap. The other main draw back is that it probably takes longer to reach your ultimate goal than it does while using Holographic cassettes. Music Therapy does work well for people who don't like the mind control part of Holographic cassettes. Music Therapy is also more helpful than Holographic music in the sense that it puts the music in more of an environment that you are accustomed to. That makes it easier to use the techniques that you learn in your day to day life. Holographic Music is harder to relate to your day to day life. Another huge advantage is that you are working with another person that gets to know your personality and what you need. Each person is so different in their needs, feelings, and thoughts that for music therapy to work, the therapist has to get to know each individual person. The therapist then uses that relationship and knowledge to work on soothing that person's mind. People that I talked to believed this method to be much more natural and personal.Last but not least we could always go to using the old method of just listening to soft music. We can get a listing of all of the "cool" radio stations and play them at home, in our cars and at work. We could get a CD of "elevator" music and listen to that all day long and I guarantee you that you will be pretty calm by the end of the day!
