usic, White tries to help us realize that any music that will up lift and relieve someone can also help to heal someone. Dr. Lowenstein disagrees with this method and feels that Holographic music is most effective. Katherine Lindburg disagrees with both Lowenstein and White and finds Music Therapy the most effective. I have made the hypotheses, from reading information on all of them, that each method is definitely meant for a different type of person. Therefore they all work. It depends on the lengths that a person would want to go to in order to find stress relief. From the research that I have done on this topic I honestly believe that music can influence and change a person's mind, body, and mood. It can relax them, alert them and even console them. I find myself thinking of the same statement, "Music is a facilitator for bringing physical responses," I don't think that I could find a statement more true than that.Works CitedBrunk, Betsy and Kathleen Coleman.
