Instead of solely having important information on just channels like C-SPAN, other channels could follow the path of MTV and appeal to our age group. MTVs Rock the Vote has helped register thousands of young people and educate them about the political process. Maybe if the politicians paid attention to us, we would do the same to them, which would pay off greatly for both.In conclusion, I have showed what concerns are not addressed by the political process and why. Many things could be drastically changed on both sides to help these matters. I feel that the answer to this lies in political socialization. If parents stressed the importance of these topics along with the schools cooperation, concerns would be addressed and everyone would be heard alike....
