The DAPC is not an island unto itself in that respect.ConclusionThe DAPC is an effective tool and plays its role effectively in the framework of the larger organization. It is made up of dedicated members and works cohesively in spite of the factor I have introduced in this paper. I do not want to portray this group in a negative light. Many of the concepts we have learned in this class are clearly at work in this group, but maybe in a less conventional sense. I have the ability to win or lose, but my success or failure does not directly affect the rest of the members. I dont win at their expense. It could be said that we as a unit are in a win/win situation where we collaborate and assist each other in working towards our individual goals.In the threaded discussions, we collaborate to include diverse viewpoints and feed off the input of others.
