ucceed, someone else will in the next five years. So who are this people that are in such desperate need to clone someone or to clone themselves? For the most part they are people who have lost a loved one in a situation where their time has been cut short. For example, last year a couples ten-month-old baby died after a routine operation went wrong, as a result of this unfortunate accident the couple has gone a search to find someone to clone there died child. For this search the couple found the Raelians, who they have now supposedly given 350,000 to Clonaid in an effort to bring there lost child back to life. This couple, along with many other couples, are capable of have another baby to take the place of their loss. But this is not what the couple wants. They want the same baby back, for they feel that their childs life has been cut short. Stating that they feel that their child is calling out to them saying that their sons genotype deserves another chance, that it had disappeared by mistake and could be brought back by intention. (Desire 1) For the most part the people in search of cloning humans are the megalomaniacs vowing to manufacture their own Mini-Mes, but are infertile couples who want a biologically related child and have exhausted other means, or bereaved parents yearning to replace a child theyve lost. (Desire 3) Aside for the ethically aspect of cloning and the question of weather it is right or wrong to clone humans there are other physical dangers that go along with cloning of humans. There are all kinds of thing that have gone wrong in the cloning of animals, which could in reality have the same outcome in humans. For example, a great number of cattle and sheep that have been clone have turn out to be abnormally large, weighing fifty to sixty pounds more then normal.
