That is that we should encourage individuals to act to improve their personal well-being and, at the same time, to enhance ecological balance and social harmony. Although all these goals have been focusing on the present, the green has many goals for the future as well.The green party states Our actions and policies should be motivated by long-term goals. We seek to protect valuable natural resources, safely disposing of or "unmaking" all waste we create, while developing a sustainable economics that does not depend on continual expansion for survival. We must counterbalance the drive for short-term profits by assuring that economic development, new technologies, and fiscal policies are responsible to future generations who will inherit the results of our actions. After having read all these principles of the green party, I have thought of what the green party stands for, and I came to this conclusion.The green party believes strongly in equality for all, whether it be race related, or sex related, they believe every one is just as equal. At the same time, they feel nature is highly important to us, and that the resources we use should be used sparingly, and to benefit us in the future. They believe in keeping harmony with every one.
