Our studentsdo an internship every spring quarter to get the feel of the work in there field. When they go tothe work they arent trained enough to help them out. Since we are so far behind they end uplearning more in the field then in the classes. If they where to learn at school the stuff they learnat our work sites we would have a better job placement. The work site would be more like tohire us for they know there equipment. Since we are in the digital world we would benefit from this equipment greatly. Hocking Collegemust move along with the rest of this industry or we will start losing interest in this field.
