Most of the people who come to our establishment are either there to watch, or there to jump. They have previously decided one way or another. So there are those who are there to watch that we may persuade to reconsider, but as far as going out and aggressively selling the idea we wont be doing much of that. The reason is that there are very few mediums for it in the local market place. We do combine personal selling and direct marketing by prospecting and following up on the leads given to us by our customer in our public relations forms. Each e-mail address given is sent a letter describing our services, a link to our web page and an offer to be part of our monthly newsletter. They can access the page and ask any questions they would like through e-mail or to our live consulter via instant messaging during our normal hours of operation. By answering their questions and providing any information they may want, we hope that they will decide to use us over our competition if they decide they would like to jump. Our employees also speak of our service with people they meet which creates awareness of the service. We have videos available at our location and one on our web site to anyone who would like to see them in order to demonstrate our service. . This is defined as an organizations effort to develop a long-term, cost-effective link with individual customers for mutual benefit.
