To achieve good health it is required to minimize the stress in one's life. This can be done many ways, but the most natural form is through music. It naturally soothes the mind and makes a person's illness dwindle. Dr. Lowenstein states that "as you listen to a Holographic Music cassette, your hand temperature can increase dramatically. You will be five, ten or even twenty degrees more relaxed. You can feel the difference!" He also uses the description that "Body fluids flow freely like rain on parched desert sands" (Lowenstein 2).Lowenstein also states that Holographic music is able to "Heal the wounds of life."
